In today’s episode, I’m answering one of the most common question women ask me before we work together: Should I wait to lose weight to buy new clothes. Because I’ve been fortunate enough to work with clients at all stages of weight loss, I’ve learned a few things about what works and what doesn’t when dressing for weight loss. 

One of the biggest things we forget about getting dressed during weight loss is that there are actually three different stages of weight loss and with those stages, three different strategies for shopping. In this episode I’m covering:

  • What you need to think about before your weight loss journey starts
  • Strategies for maintaining your style during periods of active weight loss 
  • The biggest mistakes clients who have lost weight and hit their goal make when it’s time to shop for a new wardrobe.
