My guest today is Sara Intonato. Sara is a level two Ashtanga Yoga teacher, a business mentor to health and wellness professionals, an advocate for special needs families and one of my wisest friends. I invited Sara onto the show this week to chat with me about how she approaches many of the challenges we all face in our daily lives from managing anxiety, to repairing our body image, to sharing how she used the tool of yoga philosophy to help her get through one of the hardest periods of her life as a young mother. 

One of the most unique aspects of Sara and her work is the depth of her devotion to yoga not simply as a form of exercise but as a way of life. Listen in to hear Sara’s unique take on the power of yoga to train our bodies and mind’s to face discomfort so we can become more resilient no matter what life throws at us.
